of course there must be a dark side as for the bright side of an ICO, but certainly more on the dark side.
we also cannot blame anyone because we are the ones who entered the world on their own, not coercion or others.
like every action must have consequences whether it's good or evil.

The dark side of these ICO is where you lost your money because you are promised that they had a platform and this platform can add to what the community needs and end up the project is a fraud and the team run with investor's money.

speaking of dark side im curious about one thing, there is an ico whos hit thier hardcap over 100M$, then the original price was dump hard and made their investor got a huge loss, so im thinking, thats is the dark side of the ico, they only need crowdfunding to cover cost of their develop progres, then dissapear if they project was fail.

I think that is all payment how we use it. for good or bad, let it run properly and as it is, do not look only from one side
