Title: Will the decline in the ETH price affect the ICO?

Price of Etherium continues to plunge I do not know why this happened,
this week's decline is very significant, I see the lowest price today reaches $ 190, or about Rp.2,900,000, - 
Given that almost all ICOs use the ERC20 platform owned by Etherium, Will the ETH price decrease impact on ICO?

The whole market looks at the two main coins is the etherium and Bitcoin so my opinion is that at ico this too can be affected because investors are watching how stable the market is.

Yes and it's really true and even me having a hard time to believe because ethereum is too active by why it's dropping so bad but even it happening to ethereum i am very confident that will still be leading the altcoins even many years will passing by.
