The bull run in 2017 started around this time of the year up until December, is it safe to conclude we might experience the same thing in 2018? Are there any signs we should be expecting it or it's just another wild goose chase?

No, every years Crypto market and his volatility price has different pattern. you cant use time preferens to predict crypto price. you must learn form market price graphic pattert. when bull market start on those graph, when resisten. when break poin. I have learned about crypto price pattern year to year. its totally different. I compare its pattern from 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. and I conclude that every year has different pattern.

Every year, the crypto-currency market is growing substantially in the last months of the year. I think that this year we can expect its growth. However, it will grow in different ways, based on the specific circumstances that developed this year. And this year we have so far only a period of complete price stagnation. It is unlikely that bitcoin will grow dramatically now in its price after such a long period of stagnation. In addition, this year, investors will be cautious, remembering how their investment ended at the end of last year.

I think ripples increases is an indication of bull run.I am very hopeful until the end of the year even if it is not in October

The price is not about pattern. Last year situation is totally different with current situation as well.
Up and down of the crypto price are based on buy and sell order.
Buy order and sell order are based on peoples interest.
We know on last year (on end of 2017) crypto investors number were increased significantly.

Past performance doesn't mean anything in this market. 2017 was really different Many FOMO, a lot of newbies thought that this is a quick rich scheme and there are a lot of positive news around. And no, the bull run in 2017 started much earlier. After the 1st Winklevoss ETF rejection which brought the price to < $1K. However, when Japan adopts bitcoin, then the bull starts that ramp up till December.

according to the news I read, and when binance CEO also said, that bullrun will occur in October, if that is true, then this is good news for all investors who have long been waiting for the green market to return. and also this is a great gift for bounty hunters because they have held the coin for a long time.

The bullets depend on crypto money enthusiasts, the more that plunge into crypto the market price will be high.
Every year the crypto market has increased and the price has always risen, hopefully by the end of this year the price of crypto money will soar again.

It's not safe to assume that. Past performance doesn't necessarily translate to the present. But it's certainly possible. My money is on Q2 of 2019, if/when an ETF gets approved for Bitcoin.

The bill run time is yet unknown we cannot really say an exact date or maybe time on when it will happen or take place in the market place. But the possibility us always there on the line so I think we need to prepare for it in order for us to gain a huge amount of profit in the near future.

Bull run is really unpredictable and we cannot really point out the exact time for it, so we cannot really directly say that it will happen on October because it's price or maybe volume is really unpredictable.

Can't say that would come to October, all is just purely speculation I would believe if that time comes but I'm hopeful to that date because historical data shows that year end is the best time to sell coin because of high price.

I see and analyze the market today. It is too early to say about the bull run.

It is possible but still we are not sure as we all know that the market is volatile. In addition, there are more unnecessary things that happened such as exchange hacked in some countries that recognized bitcoin.

Yes, you are pretty correct. Many things make this year different from previous years. Don't make it the same with the previous bull run. Now we have overflow crypto coins and some bad issues related to crypto's sustainability. Strict regulations from governments also give more impacts. So, it is hard to predict the next bull run by those condition. I believe in bull market, but I don't think it will happen in the near future.
