Which of the two can really hurt a feeling, or a person's personality ? Both of them can affect a person's personality when they abuse , but which of them?

Verbal abuse is more dangerous, its effect will take so much time and maybe forever. Different with pysical abuse, it's not too long

Verbal abuse. This is because it might emotionally scar such person while physical abuse can be treated and avoided easily
