Title: Is there a USD cryptocurrency exchange?

I usually trade stocks but seems like there’s a lot going on in cryptocurrencies. Is there an exchange where you can trade with US dollars instead of buying Bitcoin first? Not exactly sure how this market works. I don’t want to have to worry about the volatility of 2 different things when trying to trade.

Poloniex, okex, and binance is good exchange that accept USD with bitcoin. You can trade there with no doubt about scam
