Title: Does the death of Bitcoin also mean the death of cryptomania??
Post by: yousufatik20 on September 29, 2018, 06:38:36 PM
If Bitcoin were to completely bottom out, what would happen to the altcoins?

Follow the crypto superstar to a fiery death?  or  Skyrocket passed their predecessor?

I believe that Satoshi had a vision where blockchain technology and cryptocurrency would be the foundation of the world. But as we all know Rome wasn't built in a day(unlike bitcoins run to 20k). What if in this vision Bitcoin wasn't meant to be the gold of the internet but rather a mold of what should be created. When comparing bitcoin to its rivals, it is usually at a disadvantage in the technology department yet, it is still the most valued crypto. While Lightning network has been less than impressive, other crypto tech has been stealing the spotlight. Ripple is currently holding the fastest transaction time of roughly 3 seconds(avg. transaction time for bitcoin~60min). EOS while navigating a rough mainnet launch is dropping EON which looks to fundamentally solve problems within EOS. Investors are already talking about EON being crypto-gold in the near future.

Don't give up hope if Bitcoin does take a turn for the worst. Trust the Tech, better days are on their way.

One day another coin will replace Bitcoin. Because technology is growing day by day but Bitcoin's technology is too old.

I think so, tech is upgrade every day.
Old tech will replace with new tech.
And new tech will have all upgrade from weak of old tech

old is meaningless can be replaced, I am sure bitcoin will not be replaced because bitcoin has limited coins and there are no units added, the more interested people without the addition of quota the item is definitely the price of one product will be expensive, even the price will be double the price of last year

I believe once bitcoin is dead crypto will fall but only for now, most probably in the future another coin will take over bitcoin king place and crypto survival will be closely related to the new coin.

I think that we do not need to worry about the fate of bitcoin, since it will surely outlive more than one generation of people. And therefore, let's better think about how to make the most efficient use of the opportunities that it provides us!

Adam the first man died and now billions of human living in one world.
Bitcoin is not the only world that we can live.
Bitcoin is like Adam once it will died crypto remain and will have more altcoins to come. But once the world end, humanity will definitely end with cryptos.

I dont think like that. As long as the people still demand about the blockchain techonology then there is no death in this cryptoworld. I believe someday some coin will replace Bitcoin cause a lot of new coin can provide more feature than Bitcoin itself.

I think block chain is the crypto currency technology. Bitcoin is one of crypto coin. I think Crypto will exist without bitcoin.

I also think that the best days of crypto are to come. Sooner or later - only time will show.
But we have to believe in it anyway.

Bitcoin is the backbone of the cyrpto world. When we understand the place of the dollar in the cash world, we understand the place of bitcoin in the crypto world. It is also necessary to discuss this for etherium.

Not like that. The death of bitcoin does not mean that users will leave the crypto world. Instead they will move to Altcoin and look for the best coins there. I think that's what will happen, because it will be difficult for Crypto users to leave Crypto without bringing as much money as possible.
