I want to start a new start-up project (Website) crypto related.
you guys can give me some good idea ? what would you like to see opening ?

I think start-up about exchanges is a good idea. There are currently too many projects on the exchange but none of them are really good, needing a breakthrough idea for the same trading platform as Binance last year.

I agree with you. Exchange is a good sector to build a new project. Cryptocurrency will need many exchanges to accommodate various coins and tokens right now. Although many new exchanges right now but it is always needed for more.
