Some day in the future, you will realize that the best time to invest was not today, but some other day in the future, when prices were low. But with the information that you have today, the best time to invest is still today, because you do not know when prices will be low, and you do know that the longer you hold your investment, the more time it has to grow.

I agree with you but we ahould also face the fact that we cannot predict the next bull run, i mean no one know when exactly new bull run will start and how big it would be, but then again as a supporter and community member of crypto i think we should be positive and patient as sooner or later tje good times will be back.

For the current conditions I do not know the best time for investment. But there are many choices from various ico projects that exist. we can see and hear what projects are suitable for investment.
