I think this time in mid-July is the right time to buy altocoin that has been popular .. to hold up its price rise .. because I observed already about 6 months bitcoin prices declined after the new year yesterday .. and now in the middle of the year when it will back up the bitcoin price.
What do you think? is this a great time to buy altocoin?

I think It depends you mate. If you prefer hold for long term ,You can do it. Hold and wait. If you want short term, The market is green. It is the right time to sell.

for me I agree now should buy altcoins token because its low prices and just make sure you buy the token is my price on sale it. if I'm investing my token will be TRX and XRP because I am sure more to sell until december or next year
