Title: PACcoin (PAC) will hit $25 ?

I have seen many people keep saying that PACcoin will hit $25 after its coin burn,
Is it a reality ? Currently it is very cheap. I don't think it will be able to hit $25 at all, But PACcoin holders firmly believe in it, What is going on actually?

What exactly do those who predict the price of Pac up to $25 say? On what do they base their forecasts? I looked at their site, but even it is not made at a high level, there are no special advantages that would distinguish it from other coins, so I doubt this forecast.
