Owners of Noble Bank intend to sell the Bank after the departure of Bitfinex and Tether, Bitmex announced that the former head of supervision of Hong Kong exchanges became the new chief operating officer of the crypto-exchange, and Huobi plans to move to a decentralized registry.

Huobi is preparing to switch to a blockchain
The second largest cryptocurrency exchange according to the Coinmarketcap rating, Huobi, is preparing to move its operations to the public blockchain developed by The company.
