I think I would, if I really need the money right than. But not just to put into savings account. Buying more is a good idea when market is going down, you can be that person that everyone wants to be when market jumps again, lots of coins at low prices.

Im not going to be a panic trader. if you really know the market the price may go down but im sure it will recover. Panic selling affects the value of the coin.but some trader takes advantage of those who panic sell and see it as an opportunity to buy more with low price.
