In trading how do you know if it is time to still hold or is it the right time to sell? Do you go buy your profit margin or actually wait for the highest possible peak?
For example if you're earning like 10% of your investment, would you just sell or would you be interested in waiting and seeing if it goes more up so you could earn more, in doing that its possible that it may go down and you then earn like 5-8%
But what is your process in this? How do you go about hold and sell timings?

Holding now is the best option for me as I am looking to make some higher profits from it which is not possible by selling them at current price so I will prefer to hold them till the end of the year or even longer and will sell only when I am satisfied with the price.
-
For me it depends, by my own opinion if that coin you have invested has a potential to show off on the market then its not bad to hold it for greater profit, for me also as long as you gain profit its still profit as long as you gained. That only depends on how you handle your own investment.

For me, If I can make profits around 20% to 30%, then I will decide to sell my investments. I will buy again new investments for the other profits. It will be hard to wait earning profits about 50% or more. It takes so long time and we may miss the best timing to sell during the rising price.

Now, when the cryptocurrency market is stagnant for almost a year, and our coins and tokens have decreased in price by almost ten times, I think it makes no sense to sell them at a loss. So far, the only way out of this situation is to retain cryptocurrency, even if it does not bring substantial income. For now, we need to hold our coins and wait for the rise of the cryptocurrency market.

I think it depends on whether it's an investor or a trader. They have different approach, knowledge, skills, market visions. Of course, many combine all the attributes. But for the investor the main thing is to understand the picture, how much you can earn, what risks, the term of the investment. After that, calmly observe from the side and get 100-200-500%. A trader may not know, do not see so far, but he sees what will happen today, tomorrow, for a daily trading it is maybe enough. If a trader is experienced in a volatile market, this could make 100-200-500%. But much faster ..

Earning 10% is not good enough for long term traders. I expect for more than 100% profits of my long term investment. So, I will continue holding and waiting for a bigger increase.

Holding should be safer for sure. Have more time to react , if your bad timing is you should recovery while it is down and benefits are here for sure.

it is important for us to analyze market prices well. that way, then we can choose the right time to sell or buy crypto. selling crypto when the market price is falling is wrong. it will only make crypto prices go down.

if I divide the two parts bro. the first part I always keep is either bitcoin or altcoin for long-term investments. and I also invest short term to earn income every day. with the aim of meeting my daily needs
-
Now, if possible, if some coin goes to plus or aligns with the price at which I bought, then immediately sell. Because in the current situation it is very difficult to earn with a downtrend
-
I always hold and will sell it if the profit reaches 100 percent of the initial capital.
because cryptocurrency gains of more than 1000% are not impossible, so waiting and trusting is the best way.

It's good to hold it now.In this market as it is now dangerous to keep some think for a long time ,it is better if possible to fix their profits.Hold is perfect for bitcoin or ethereum because these coins are sure to show a good result in the future.

I'm not good at trading but my analysis is if the market continues goes up that means many are buying on crypto and there are a sign and possibility that it will be going up.

See market conditions or situation. When the market goes down, I will automatically hold it for a longer time because it is obviously detrimental to me. But if the market goes up, that's the chance to sell it. But if it rises to only 10% of my investment capital, I usually hold it for a little while because in my opinion it will continue to rise in price. So I keep holding it back until one day the price is at a maximum point.
