While trying to do posting on threads of my choice I wonder if points do really mather with ranking?

I thinks points does not matter in terms of rank-up it's the post that count in order to move our rank because every rank have it's corresponding number of post.

10 points = 1 Alt coin. Point helps you to get some money. Good post gets more points. Generally normal post gets 1 point. Point doesn't have any connection with rank up. But You have to post for rank up and more post mean more points. they are interrelated.

Just to clarification your answet sir. As far as I know, to reach Hero Member rank, the post count is more than 500 posts. Correct me if I wrong :)

does it only require a post that has been determined to increase our ranking and what about karma does it apply in the calculation of rank increase sir.?

As of now, karma doesnt apply in the rankings :) but sooner it will be applied

Points do not matter in posting though it can be exchanged into ALTT which can be further converted to real money. While in posting, it counts your ranking which is indicated in the regulations and command. Just be careful and read the intuitions of admin in this forum. :)

Most like that. So sometimes the points we get are according to the ranks we have. But there are some people who consider the number of points obtained depends on the quality and quantity of the posts we make. I don't know exactly which one is right. What is clear is that we have tried to get it even though the results are still small.

I don't really understand your point. Let me tell you, that points function to raise rank. That's why posting frequently. If you get positive karma from your post and the number is 10, then you can exchange it for coins.

It's better to focus on making posts than thinking about karma. Make a really good post and we will see our ranking go up. If lucky, we will get positive karma which can later be exchanged with points.

Yeah. You need 500 posts to be Hero Member and 1000 for legend.

Yeah. You need 500 posts to be Hero Member and 1000 for legend.

What this person said. Your points will go down after a withdrawal, but your rank will remain with the post count.

Most like that. So if I notice the points are given according to the rating you have at the moment, if your rank is high, the points gained will also be high. On the other hand also from the quality of the posts you post. If the quality is good and can be useful for others, it will also get good points too.

As the forum grows and get filled with lots of members, the ranking up system will have to change and it will become more difficult to rank higher, that is where the points and the karma will be needed for ranking in the forum.

I don't think points count at all. They don't do anything. They are meant to be swapped for ALTS. You can buy ALTS instead if you want, much easier. The ALTS are suppose to determain your share in airdrops and ICO collections but since there has not been any for forever it doesn't mean anything. I don't understand why they don't collect any ICO or airdrops. Why have something that is a large part of a forum but it doesn't even work. Even in the top right corner it says "Get ALTS tokens for being active on the forum & Referring others >> Find out more!" which I find very annoying. They advertising something that has no purpose.

If primary aim of getting points is possibility to exchange them to tokens... could someone please explain how that ALTT token converts to ETH (or whatever else). Cuz maybe I tripped but I don't remember finding any info on this? (Saw it's around $0,15 in another topic, but can someone confirm?)

points gave us an opportunity for us to earn here through ETH like what they have now once you reach 10, 000 points
you can able to exchange it through contacting the immediate staff here in the forum. Because as far as I know if I am not mistaken every 100 points is equivalent of 1 ATT, correct me if I am wrong.

On whether points really count when it comes to ranking then I must say that the answer to that is no, what matters in the ranking system is the number of post you make, the point is only as a reward you get for your post
