Because to my knowledge there are several countries in southeast asia that have not legalized bitcoin. And what is our endeavor for bitcoin in southeast asia to be legal like any other country (which has legalized bitcoin).
Will the impact be positive or negative?

It's still hard to predict. But if bitcoin is getting famous and the community is quite a lot, I think there is a possibility that bitcoin will be legal in Southeast Asia. But not all countries will adopt bitcoin because I'm sure there will still be many countries that counteract bitcoin.

Bitcoin is the first crypto money and its popularity is not in doubt, I believe in the future Bitcoin in Southeast Asia receives many, in my opinion the impact is very positive for society.

The one invented bitcoin came from Asia and no doubt that most crypto enthusiast came from this region. There's a probability that SE Asia will embrace the crypto and probably forward to being legal. Anyway who said crypto is not legal? Very funny question, i hope you're kidding when you decide the title of your post

hoprfully it will. as we know the man who created BITCOIN is from the SEA and BTC is the 1st digital currency, and it has a large community. Some bank accepts BTC but some nah. they thought it was a scam. BTC is just a currency just like the other currency. The difference is, its digital you can not touch it unless you will convert it in your own currency and withdraw it. i believe soon BTC will be legal in SEA even though its not illegal hopefullt it will official legal that you can use it in everyday lives

Hope there will always be, I'm sure with that, I see now the government in Southeast Asian countries is starting to learn about blockchain technology and I hope that will have a positive impact on the development of bitcoin in Southeast Asia.

May I know where you got that information?
I have not heard of countries in Southeast Asia banning bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. In fact, I think it's one of the more lax region when it comes to crypto.

Crypto has already begun making an impact in the southeast asia too. The market there is great for crypto as more people have access to smartphones than to banking services. This in turn has increased the use of mobile payment platforms such as Linepay and Wepay and therefore hints towards the idea that a formidable crypto payment platform will be easily adopted. and I am one of those who live in the southeast Asian region who really hope the legalization of cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin, is because Bitcoin has the potential to have a big impact in Southeast Asia because most people do not have access to banking services and a large market for remittances.

Bitcoin here at my country is very popular, we already have an phone application that you all need to load and convert it as a bitcoin, many people here have become rich because of bitcoin that's why criminal use it. There was a report here that they'd scam and get a 1M. And i think because of that, cryptocurrency are now really known because of its background here

nothing is impossible in the crypto world. I think maybe for years now bitcoin will not be ratified throughout Asia but that does not rule out the possibility in the future if bitcoin is legalized throughout Asia

Asian countries are very loyal to cryptocurrency, perhaps in a few years, it will be fully legalized in Asia, and perhaps after that, all over the world.

If the prediction about in bitcoin in the near future will be happens for sure not all Asian country will be legal but of course the entire world will adapt its concepts for sure. Meaning, the impact would become positively be happen. Besides bitcoin in the other country became legal already which means there is a highly potentials that bitcoin has in the reality things happens now.

Should be similar like other countries anyway, like other countries does it might need KYC for taxation purposes on trading or purchasing, the volume plays a huge impact but of course there's many cases where illegal activities are facilitated by cryptocurrency and was cracked down by authorities, cryptocurrency would perserve a location like another other financial instrument tools for a small group of traders.

Taxation would probably one of the reason why some traders and investors aren't totally agree to the positive side of incorporating this into government. They don't want to pay taxes, In my perspective it's okay to pay as long as the payment will not be abuse on the process during implementing KYC. Probably some will ask too much that investors will feel betray. Just saying!

Some Countries in Southeast asia legalized the use of Bitcoin like in Japan almost all the convenient store,Hotel and other recreational facilities accept bitcoin as a mode of payment same goes with south korea and even in my country Philippines. Bitcoin Payment is accepted in an Airline company . The only thing that makes it hard for bitcoin to be legalized full scale is that some uses it to scam people that's why people and the goverment are very skeptical about it.
