Hello everyone 8)
Not long, I've read in the article, there is cryptocurrency have prize expensive than Bitcoin.
And the coin is Bit20 you can check at https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bit20/
My question:
That is true?
Anybody here have bought that crypto?
-
I think the most expensive is of course bitcoin.
-
I think it's a joke or something, try going to marketcap again and as you can see it's 215404 USD for 1 bit20, one thing I see from marketcap that the circulating supply of bit20 is only 1 bit20 in circulating supply but when you check the historical data and the volume is different from the circulating supply itself.

I remember that in yobit, there is one coin that is too expensive, the named of the coin is nanox and if you want to buy nanox, you need to have 3.92400000 btc per one nanox. Besides that, I know the other coins which are too expensive like nanox, the coin is 42 coin, and you need to have 3.28033914 btc per one 42 coins, and the market is in cryptopia, livecoin, and tradesatoshi. You can check it by yourself and see the most expensive coin, and it's not bitcoin.

Lol, yes this is totally possible. With a circulating supply of 1 coin, it's market cap will be the price of the coin.
Higher circulating supply means lower price of coin, lower circulating supply means higher price of coin.
This is the example of lowest supply possible. Interesting concept to be honest.

Yeah you're right since the supply of these coins is too low, but how about their platform? is it good? is it competitive to other coins?

Lol, Try to understand the concept of Bit20 (BTWTY) so you know that the coin has its own market capitalization index. It is said that Bit20 has Index funds automatically reviewed every month and takes the 20 largest cryptocurrencies based on market capitalization. As long as these projects grow, the index will follow.

Hahahaha this looks so unreal, but i just checked it out and the price is actually $215,404 and with a total circulating supply of just 1. Not sure I understand the concept of the coin and checking out their website, I'm not encouraged to go one any further as the site isn't secure.
-
This is a very amazing cryptocurrency, in the circulating supply is only 1 coin, worth more than $ 215,000, while the daily turnover of the coin is 0%, but it is also presented at Coinmaketcap. For the first time I hear about such a phenomenon :o. Since the coin has been on the market for over a year, it is probably in demand and even possibly has prospects in the future!

I don't know about their platform, but I check in the coinmarketcap, their supply does not much depend on the other coin. Maybe it's competitive, but I think the traders are too afraid to trade this coin because the price is too high even it's more expensive than bitcoin itself. So maybe only people who have much bitcoin that want to trade this coin.
-
bitcoin is the most expensive cryptocurrency I call digital gold because it has the same characteristics as gold and profitable electronic money.
-
The most expensive cryptocurrency right now is Bitcoin, cause it already accepted in every exchanger and already being know by a lot of people. if we check in the coinmarketcap, there is 42-coin, Project-X and BIT-20 but the question, are they being accepted and well known by a lot of people. So thats why the BTC is still the most expensive cryptocurrency at the moment.
-
As long as I know, the most expensive cryptocurrency is bitcoin. So, if there is another coins with higher price than bitcoin, it is surprising. I don't know what makes the price so expensive but if the bitcoin price is expensive I think it is reasonable.
-
wow :o :o :o, very interesting, I need to study the project and buy a part of the coin))) ;D it is strange that it is traded on one exchange, and it is not so well known
-
Being expensive doesn't necessarily make something valuable. I would much rather invest in one Bitcoin than the equivalent value of a more expensive coin. All down to personal choice though, just seems like a much higher risk when the trading volume is nowhere near Bitcoin's.
-
Wow, is there really a coin that costs more than Bitcoin? As far as I know, Bitcoin is the only king in Cryptocurrency in the last 5 years because of the highest price in the Crypto World. So I'm still not sure about this that there are coins that are higher in price than Bitcoin.

Yes, there is a coin that is very expensive comparing with bitcoin. But I don't know if the coin is good or not because I am not trying to buy that coin and it's too expensive for me. You can try to take a look at the coin market, and maybe you can try to buy the coin, who knows the coin can increase higher in the future.
