If you trust the coin just hold it, thats why checking of project's token really matter especially when you are going to invest a lot of money, take time to study the market and the flow

We should never engage in panic selling. Recall why you invest in that ICO or even any crypto coins and i am sure most or all is looking for profits. So when the market make a turn your portfolio is in a loss and not profit so why will you want to do that to your portfolio, a few cases is that you are over-stretching your finance to invest and which should not be like this. You should invest the way which you can afford and not sell your assets or anything to invest even you are sure a rise will happen. Only sell for a reason and not because of fear and uncertainty.

We have learned from many experiences and nothing good with panic selling. If we are smart enough as a trader, we will never sell our coins during bear market. When people try to collect more coins, why we sell our investment. It is not a wise decision to sell coins in decline cycle.

It is unfortunate that we see people cannot wait for a market recovery and just sell at very low prices at a huge loss. This is where big players really make big bucks.

Panic sellers will always exist. Mostly these are newbies who didn't learn the market and don't know anything about trading.
Let's say thanks to them as they help us to gain more cheap crypto.

It would still depend on your strategy why you are selling. Some are panic selling because they don't have a trading plan at hand and are afraid that they would lose more and others are just selling because they have given up and would like the cryptocurrency world for good. Nevertheless, if you want to stay here longer then you should always have a trading plan so that whatever happens to the price, you know what to do.

Let me give a little suggestion please, do not hodl on all of random token, choose which good ones to hodl. You can analyse about the dev team, project ecosystem, the prospect, development, etc.
By the way, (may be) there were many developer of ico project like to dump their token on the market by their self to get rich quickly.
We as trader must avoid that case.

I do not panic, as many. I did not buy at the end of the year when prices were high. I have a portfolio. I had only a few thousand dollars. Divided into very promising, and I look forward to growing. They are downstairs. Hope this won't come down. I have no reason to panic)

Hold and selling while panicking is an option, it's not easy to make choices because it requires the right time and research to hold coins, the more people panic and sell their assets, I think I will buy some good coins if the prices in the market are down. Panic sell is wrong, however selling by checking Technical analysis could work. I noticed this so much later, but MA50 line seems pretty damn accurate. Just take a look.

it is very unfortunate, because almost all people panic sell when prices slowly go down. we know that crypto's future forecast is still very good, don't let us give someone an advantage if we can have that advantage.

When selling panic it is a very detrimental thing. Because when panic is a time that all of us don't want, because at that time the price of coins dropped and even dropped but actually sold the coins. That is real panic. So my advice for people who often panic should be able to control their emotions and tend to be patient in taking action or holding your coins.

bear time means the whales are squeezing people... they lower the price until is causes panic and people sell and end up loosing money...
and then they fill up their bags with cheap coin...
when there is no more people selling at one level, they lower the price and buy more... until there is nothing left to squeeze and they start the bull market, selling their cheap coins to the newcommers that pay premium ;D
don't play their game!

It's a lie if I don't panic with the current market situation. But what I do is control myself so I don't get out of control and sell panic. Because I know, it will bring me losses when I know the market is bullish again.

I never do the panic selling cause if i hodl some coin and i already believe and trust about their value, their product, their future usecase, i already dont care if their price down a lot or not. If their price is down, i will try to buy them again in a little portion. So when they up, i will get the profit. And Remember you dont lose them if you dont sell them. So thats why before we invest in some coin/tokens, researching is the most important one. And just pick a good time to buy them. Its my own strategy ^^. Hope you guys can shares yours too

that's right, when prices go down we should stay calm and control emotions, don't panic and sell coins at low prices because it will only make you lose and make big investors happy by buying at low prices, hold your coins because the price will definitely go up again

Agree, panic selling is not a good idea as this is the time that most of the investors are waiting so they can buy more coins in cheap price that they can hold for long term until the market recover so they can sell it back at higher price.

I think everyone learns from experience that panic selling doesn't make you any gains. I still remember panic selling BCH at around $300 last year, worst mistake I ever made after it reached $4k ::) You learn from your mistakes, I don't recommend selling into oversold territory though, never a good idea.

Why does someone panic? I don't panic because I believe crypto is the best investment and it's easy to get money when I trade.
