All the coins will become more stable in the future not just Ethereum, as much as I hate it but the regulation will help in the stability of the cryptocurrency market and we are now seeing a lot of regulation being forced here and there we are for sure are heading towards the full regulation of Cryptocurrency in the near future. I think it might be stable but as of now the possibility is very low given that there is not much actual usage from the public and there are only more of investments and holding of coins awaiting pump ups or rise of coin value. Please keep your mind from that, Ethereum will not be stable and all that is caused by the ICO project. Even though in the future the ICO project will stop but some of them will continue to use the Ethereum platform because to switch to another platform requires more funds.
