750 million usdt is reserved for popularexchanges. What would you think about it. Another manipulation or preparation for the bull jump?

I think usdt responded all questions and proved itself. Because there were lots of "usdt" fud going on last year. But it is still here and working. They just print tether to keep it $1.

I think it's not a good idea and i'm sure that the price will automatically drops because most or the fund are paid to an exchange instead of using into circulation of assets.
