Hope this will give me a clear understanding of the direction that Africa should take in embracing Bitcoin. If the answer is positive will inquire about how Africa can adopt cryptocurrency.

Africa is very far behind developed countries, so it seems to me that this country will be very hard to implement new technologies, especially digital ones!

Do not discriminate Africa too much in terms of cryptocurrency because in fact in African countries there is also a lot of Bitcoin for every citizen.
And yesterday Binance also launched an Exchange for FIAT Uganda.
