I see that there are many ICOs that fail because of lack of funds even though the concept is good and potential, isn't it if the project is funded and realized the project will be successful and profitable for investors?

Well, it.might be that there are already existing campaign which are alike with the others. Investors know what they are to invest and oroba ly they are just assuring that they will get profit through their investments since they will take a risk go their money. It is hard to chose a campaign to invest into but once assured that it is legitimate and profitable, probably investors would never doubt to invest on them.

Investor put their money on usd bond, because federal reserve will continue interest for bond at least till next year, so their put their money there :)

what is the project making ICO or not?
because if they make ICOs, then they should definitely have capital, and with capital from ICO they can develop the projects they make.

It's quite noticing that most ICO cannot fulfill or raised much funds for their ICO. Investors are quite scared and fear of being scam obviously many don't want to invest now so only few left due to rising hoax. If it was you wouldn't you continue to invest? Experience tell them that and that's a fact and a reason for the market to go down.

It is possible that investors are afraid to invest in projects in the ICO which are mostly SCam. On the other hand there are still many of them who are still studying in detail about the ICO Project that is Scam and which ICO projects are not and good. So that when they invest they are not affected by Scam anymore.

Many investors are more picky now or are just waiting for these ICOs to get listed in exchanges then buy the "dump"

after the decline in bitcoin price, too many investor left Crypto. and I am currently researching if investor are currently becoming small and the ICO is increasing. so many ICO lack investor to run their projects.

Every investor has different views about ico. Maybe you think ico has a good concept, but other people will think differently. So, here we can't blame anyone. There must be another reason why investors are not interested in the project.

It s very risky to invest in ICO’s during bear market. Thats why its totally understandable that the investors are keeping themselves away from ICO’s

I think most investors now are afraid to invest due to the high number of scams and failed ICO's. Maybe they are waiting also for the bullish market to invest again.

I think that ICOs that fail in the first place have a bad project, because recently investors have become more careful in investing their funds ...
