Hello, i'm new here and i would like to understand what is Initial Coin Offering.
Why does it open and closes ? And what is it actually ?

I'm going to respectfully disagree and say that each one has the exact same problems of distribution. In mining, power costs vary from geomeric locality. So it is higher cost for some and lower for others, some also have a big monopoly on mining power, you can see this problem is prevalent in Bitcoin right now. The same happens with ICO's with who has the highest Bitcoin supply to there disposal, it is essentially the same problem with all distribution methods.
But again it's personal preference.
I really like the conversation though, it is great to see a miners perspective on distribution methods. I think these sorts of conversations will educate people.

What I know about ICO stands for the Initial Coin Offering. The earliest initials, Coin means digital tokens / coins and offer offers, if needed specifically.

ICO - Initial Coin offering , many projects in the crypto currecies industry do ICO in order to raise fund/support to their project . They usually advertise their project to pursue investor to invest in their ICO.

ICO stands for Initial Coin Offering. Initial means the earliest, Coin means digital token / coin and Offering means bidding, if it means overall means the earliest coin offer before launching to the free market. The purpose of the ICO is that this ICO is usually offered by developers where their goal is to raise funds to develop projects that they do in this case is digital coins. They need funds to force the projects they are doing so that they can develop quickly and can be completed as soon as possible.

ICO is a fundraising process carried out by one company. The way this ico works is by sending funds through an agreed method. After we send participants funds, participants will get tokens from the project.
