Title: Is Fiat Currency completely irrelevant to cryptocurrency
Post by: yousufatik on October 12, 2018, 05:54:33 AM
There are some believes that we might not necessary need fiat currency in trading cryptocurrencies.

My question now is If Fiat is completely irrelevant in the world, and gold do not back crypto, where will cryptocurrency derive it value from?

Please Your Opinion!

Obviously all the crypto has been derived from all the Fiat currency, because all these currencies have one thing in common that they all have derived from the common origin , though no doubt all the crypto currencies are much superior than all the Fiat currencies around and moreover there are many reasons that definitely prove that bitcoin and all other crypto are much better than all Fiat currency around and no doubt all the Fiat currency has much relevance in crypto development.

if my opinion is personal about your topic,
However, FIAT is needed in the real world, and cryptocurrency is not for replacing FIAT, but as a FIAT deficiency,
because after all it also FIAT and Cryptocurrency need each other.
for example, we will go abroad, we don't need to exchange money, because we can transact with crypto, it's very easy and simple.

Money is lost only by those traders who do not know the crypto currency market and how it functions. First, study the market and learn how to analyze it. Watch the news and start trading small amounts in order to learn how to control your emotions

During this time fiat currency has become a benchmark for every increase that occurs in crypto currencies. Fiat currencies are still needed especially for transactions in buying and selling cryptocurrency, especially for those in countries where the government prohibits the use of cryptocurrency.
Cryptocurrency gets value after a deal from both parties, namely between the seller and the buyer.

basically, cryptocurrency and fiat are interconnected with each other. cryptocurrency will not develop if there is no fiat. fiat cannot be replaced with cryptocurrency because not everyone can receive cryptocurrency properly.

Fiat money will never be separated from cryptocurrency. Because crypto currencies are always measured with dollar values. So I do not agree if there is an opinion that says that cryptocurrency does not need fiat money.

Even if some people think that in the future we will be able to do without the usual paper national money, this does not mean that it will be so. Crypto currency will never exist without national money, it can only walk in parallel with them and never replace them.

Fiat has influence in crypto because it's a different "coin".. if a fiat coin will depreciate a lot it's probable that in that country the demand of bitcoin will rise for example..

Probably the same instance where fiat got its value from? It was just a paper back then with a number on it until people accepted it as a form of payment.

The question is correct. For the normal functioning of the cryptocurrency fiat will always be needed. Cryptocurrency and national money of the states will always run in parallel with each other. Moreover, the cryptocurrency can not replace the national money of the states. For this, it is simply not adapted.
