Why is the crypto market getting down day by day?

usually it is done to avoid bugs, or maybe because the system is too full, so it must be refreshed so the system can return to normal,
many possibilities for why it happened.
and for ICOs, it sometimes does make the market immediately down, because most trades do the same transaction.
