Title: A tip for choosing the exchange.
Post by: zorchy on October 14, 2018, 04:58:55 AM
Exchanges establish their own fees. The fees are different not only between exchanges but sometimes between different trading pairs on the same exchange. Use a free service like Switchain to compare rates between a few different exchanges for each individual transaction.

There are custodial and non-custodial exchanges. Put simply, the first ones hold onto your assets that you leave with them which is what makes it vulnerable. Once it's hacked there's nothing you can do but watch. Non-custodial ones only hold your assets for the time necessary to complete the exchange.

Hope this helped.

I hate exchanges with huge withdraw fees, especially when the prices were high, it was ridiculous, but seems a lot better now.  I love exchanges with no transaction fees, but I didn't find too many of those.

I am having a hard time making an honest comment to a thread that has been completely copied from another forum. Come on, at least make an effort in creating a topic.

When it comes to choosing exchanges, I choose the exchanges whose interface can be navigated seamlessly.
Exchanges that charge low transaction fees, have good support system in place etc.

Lol...completely copied? Well maybe he/she had no time to make the effort as you suggested. For me, I think if you see a topic you like elsewhere, the best thing is to allow that topic inspire you in creating yours rather than copying verbatim.

Fees might be one of the top consideration for you to choose the right exchange but to me i value speed of deposit and withdrawal more then follow by the volume and price of the coins that is traded at the moment, as most fees for exchange does not differ by a huge amount.

There are too many exchanger in coinmarketcap you see. but maximum exchanger are in problem of exchange because  of trading fee or withdraw fee. Before you trade you knock support group of that exchanger or you can read rules of that exchanger. you will be gainer.
