Post by: ayuaja on October 14, 2018, 07:57:08 AM
Many coins and tokens are coming out every days and more than 10 are been add daily. How many of this coins and tokens are going to remain in five to ten years to come? I think many of them will become worthless in three years to come as most of them have been abandoned by the developers.

I think only time knows how many of these altcoins will remains as you said that it will be abandoned by the developers once they will get their money for it. Sad to say that some of us here are only here for the money and once we already had it, we forgot that we have obligation to fulfill to our investors.

Many earlier projects have fizzled out already. Some of them were even listed on coinmarketcap. I don't think we can have an exact figure or even an estimate especially those outside coinmarketcap

I also had time to ask questions about it, and indeed today too many tokens or coins have appeared,
so that my hope in the future is not to focus on the project anymore, but focus on the function of each token, because tokens or coins are created because they have a specific purpose.

Coinmarketcap now is listing more than 1800 coins and a year ago this amount was approximately half as much and there are also tokens and coins that are not listed so they are definitely more than 2000 of them. I know when the coin dies it gets excluded from cmc listings but the amount listings doesn't decrease! Wow. And Ico projects are still forging new tokens and coins.
Therefore I suppose until ICO is in prime the amount of tokens won't decrease noticeable. And after - plethora of them will disappear drastically.

Many will come and many will gone. This is normal in cryptocurrency and being a investor I invest only on those coins that has huge liquidity.

The stronger and the valuable remains. The unhealthy and dead altcoins will be cast out. People will define what altcoins to remain depends on the demands and products.

That's right, altcoins that are not developing and do not have good progress will be left behind by increasingly fierce competition, because in the next few years there are no new projects, only the existing projects are functioning.

Definitely, Altcoins which re holders by many crypto currency holder will survive in future. There are many altcoins which are having a good potential and can sustain their life in future. Among all these coin ETHEREUM is my favorite and it has great value to me.Bitcoin is the first and best in crypto-currency and ethereum comes second.I am sure that ETH will survive because there are already so many projects that have been running.

If you look at how many altcoins now come to the market, then I do not think that in 5-10 years there will be very few of them, because during this time they will become many times more!
