Title: Rare coin market
Post by: zorchy on October 14, 2018, 11:06:22 PM
How do you see this kind of market? Do you collect, or maybe "invest", if such thing could be said for this topic? Do you think, that implementing crypto-transactions, you might be more safe against scammers (and there are a lot of those on coins market, trust me). I haven't tried that. But that might be interesting to consider - cryptobased coin-trading platform, or app.

I see now market in quite rise like never before. Been searching it on coinmarketcap where all coin are available with nice strict order. I personally invest in Ethereum where current situation in rise according that market is slighlty getting greener day by day. So i would suggest that altcoin for investment and maybe some other "Gainers and Loosers" coins for quick buck.

While rare coins are largely uncorrelated to the precious metals market, it does have an indirect effect on rare coins. When many investors are focused on bullion prices, the rare coin market tends to slow down a bit, making now the best time to swoop in and get great prices in a soft rare coin market.

I guess whether or not crypto technology can make rare coin market safer depends on how it's implemented, since the physical world still has to be tied to the crypto transaction somehow.  Apparently there a bunch of potential uses, but not sure how much of it we'll see in the near future.
