Since I joined the cryptocurrency world and even this forum I have seen something that people always do that I think its not the right way. People always compaire ETH with BTC telling us that ETH is the best cryptocurrency. I really doubt that because looking at these two coins, although they are all blockchain based currencies but to me BTC is doing far better than ETH. BTC was created before ETH but look at the performances and judge it yourself. I really do not want to talk much about this issue. Guys what do think about what I am arguing about?

I think so, BTC will be the best. Besides because BTC is the first crypto currency to be created, BTC is also a digital currency that has a stable value. The BTC community is also bigger than ETH.

Since the beginning, Ethereum and Bitcoin are far different. In terms of price alone it is far different and is hit by a distant cow between Bitcoin and Ethereum. But for issues of stabilization and market increases, it's better Ethereum. But when compared to other aspects. then it will be different again.

It's just people's perceptions and we better ignore them.
Ethereum is altcoins and all altcoins are definitely learning from Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is the parent of all cryptocurrency.

The fact that they cannot be compared for a number of reasons, I agree with you on this, but the fact that each highlights the priorities of these coins in its own way and sees the best in each one is its choice!

Maybe for some people, they don't want to compare both coins but for some people who want to invest in crypto currency they need to collect some ideas from experts to be able to guide his/her decision on what should the best coin to invest because the market value of two coins are moving differently.

I think Bitcoin and ethereum two different thing. Bitcoin is the first blick chain technology and ethereum is smart contract platform.

Your opinion is correct, I also strongly agree that bitcoin can never be compared to other altcoins and even ethereum. Bitcoin and other altcoins have different levels and positions

I have never compared these two cryptocurrencies, they are similar only to those that are close in the ranking,but it can not even be called a comparison

Indeed, actually Bitcoin still wins away from Ethereum. In terms of price alone, the difference is far away. So it is impossible for Ethereum to be able to beat Bitcoin within the next one to two years. If many people compare Bitcoin and Ethereum is a good coin that's true. But if the problem is the market price, Bitcoin remains the king.

btc remains the best and btc is the parent of all altcoins, ethereum is still under btc and won't be able to compete with btc, ignoring those who compare btc with ethereum they only motivate themselves so they are sure of ethereum's resurrection.

Nice concern mate but I think you cannot stop the communities to compare bitcoin and ethereum as we are looking for the best one out of the two. Picking the best coin can absolutely bring us into the right result.

really true to what you are talking about, and I also feel that way, that it is very difficult to compete with bitcoin, because we know for ourselves that bitcoin is the first crypto currency, and bitcoin has many communities and is very popular with people, bitcoin is king of all coins, and bitcoin is very difficult to replace by ethereum.

Yes Im agree with that we should stop comparing eth with btc because both coins are different. Bitcoin is the number coin in the market and its stability of being first cannot be defeat by other. Ethereum has a potential also but it quite different than btc.

I think ethereum is a very good coin but I think bitcoin is better, ethereum is very good among the existing altcoins and now ethereum is the number two coin.

Comparison in the world of Crypto I think is natural, because it is indeed to choose an investment that is good and suitable for users.

Yes i agree on that we need to compare on what coin would be the best coin that we get a huge amount of profit. But i think it depends upon the coin. I think ethereum and bitcoin is both amazing coin and it will really give as a huge return in the near future. So no need to compare both bitcoin and ethereum because we can use both coin fro good.

I think people often compare eth and bitcoin because they have the same advantages. ETH and bitcoin can be used to buy ico tokens and these two coins are the best coins in the crypto market.

yeah, i also sometimes think why almost everyone in cryptocurrency compares bitcoin with ethereum. and the discussion is always interesting to talk about.
indeed ethereum will not be able to be compared with the current position of bitcoin, but because the two coins are coins that are ranked 1 and 2. i think it's natural for everyone to talk about that. ;D

The two cryptocurrencies are unique in their own ways and are build for a different purpose and yet people compare the two. We all know that Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrencies and have an upper hand over all altcoins including Ethereum.

hey you are comparating it self. Comparation 2 product ot more normal for me. Like my country honda always compare with yamaha. Honda king selling unit. Yamaha have new technology. It look like BTC and ETH. BTC king in marketcap. But ETH better in technology.

The reality is that between Bitcoin and Ethereum has a difference, especially in terms of price. When viewed from the market price of each coin, Ethereum is still far below Bitcoin. It is appropriate that Bitcoin be given the title of king of Cryptocurrency. and Ethereum is the best coin in Altcoin and the king of the ICO. so basically between Bitcoin and Ethereum it's far different.

I think this is just normal for investors to compare two coins considering that both coins are very popular and known of being profitable since it was introduce in the market and the purpose of comparing is so that we can decide what really a good coins to invest.

Indeed, Bitcoin and Ethereum cannot be compared, which can only be accompanied. Because both coins in Cryptocurrency have great potential in the future, so for me they are both coins that are equally reliable. Bitcoin is the king of Cryptocurrency while Ethereum is the king of ICO. Both of them are good partners for me, so it can't be compared. Clearly Ethereum is still far from Bitcoin.

Btc stays the excellent and btc is the discern of all altcoins, ethereum is still below btc and may not be capable of compete with btc, ignoring folks that compare btc with ethereum they simplest motivate themselves so they're certain of ethereum's resurrection. :)

Yes I agree mate. They are different thing. Ethereum is smart contract platform and Bitcoin is block chain technology.

Comparing btc and ETH is like comparing a Mercedes to a Volkswagen. Both are coins but different function, different personality.

I don't really like the comparison between Ethereum and Bitcoin, it is clear that ethereum is totally different from bitcoin and bitcoin is far ahead of ethereum.

Indeed Ethereum and Bitcoin are currently often compared. Though in fact Ethereum is still a normal thing and is still far below Bitcoin. Of price and usage, Ethereum is still far behind Bitcoin. Therefore Ethereum is better for us to run alone and not always compared to Bitcoin, because Ethereum has its own way of doing market activities.

From what you wrote, I think you are comparing BTC and ETH based on the price, people tend to just look at the price and forget all else... Let me remind you about the awesome technology behind Ethereum Blockchain.. Ethereum is the pioneer of Smart Contracts, Ethereum is the Pioneer of Tokens, up till now the bitcoin Blockchain doesn't use smart casual nyract technology and to be honest, the Blockchain is very poor, with transactions that could be hanging for weeks, the only good thing about the bitcoin Blockchain is it's price.

I can tell you this much, there is no 3rd gen crypto currency. ETH is leading 2nd gen. I believe 3rd Gen would have to learn from our successes and mistakes. I believe it would have to be free at the entry level. And have democratic ramifications outside of the speculative value. Something much, much deeper than just money.

you are right,
both of these coins have advantages in their respective places, and bitcoin is still the king of all types of altcoins that are in cryptocurrency. whereas ethereum only has advantages among other altcoins.

You are absolutely correct on what you are pointing out in this kind of matter and issues. Both this coins are
not the same and they have some advantages and disadvantages to one another but they are really good
coins with high potential in the future although other people and speculators are telling that Bitcoin will die or
Ethereum will die they are not sure about that and they only speculate which is rather correct or wrong. But
real believers of this coin will continue to believe in the success of this cryptocurrencies despite the negativity
that circulates all over the crypto world.

I will say everyone have the freedom of speech here, yes indeed bitcoin value is way higher than ethereum because it is the first ctypto coin and i believe early adopters will surely have some bitcoin in their wallet but not ethereum comparing based on the price is not a very fair gauge to the coins.
