Of course, hackers kill the market because they contribute to the fall in market price whenever one big exchange site is hacked. Users of crypto must not used exchange wallets are permanent storage of coins because the exchanges are always under attack and system upgrade which might lead to lose of tokens.
-
each exchanger always urges its users not to use wallet exchangers as primary storage, because this can harm customers, because it could happen that there are hackers who want to hack, or there may be improvements to the system that can permanently erase the balance.
-
It is very unfortunate once hackers attack the market. Huge impact is the next thing to happen and most probably it is the starting point to market decline until continues dropping. There should have hardship to recover specially if they got huge amount of money.
-
Of course so. Coin hackers are indeed very evil. Because the consequences of this behavior will have an important effect on the existing crypto market condition. That clearly happened, because many people were afraid to save Kriptonya then they sold Kriptonya before being hacked. Therefore, prices will drop again. this will be bad if it happens.
-
In addition to hackers-the market is also attacked by large players-which is beneficial to collapse the market market.Until the regulation of the market and will not punish the criminal, we will continue to see this.
-
Indeed, Cryptocurrency Exchange is an area that is attractive to hackers and hacking can have a negative impact on Crypto values and even exchange can stop and experience bankruptcy, this is very detrimental to us as traders, and the assets we store may also be lost cannot be recovered
-
Hackers can be white, gray or black. So, hackers are also very useful for every environment. We need them anyway.
-
not all hackers have a destructive spirit and I have read in a closed group they complain about price settings that have exceeded the limit and they give warnings and attacks to minimize the occurrence of greed by a group of people. this also happens when pool mining plays too much profit and there is cheating they do then the hacker team will not be quiet at least they will carry out Ddos attacks to disable the mining pool
-
In the short-term hackers might kill the market, and cause minor crashes, but in the long-term they expose our technology to vulnerabilities that need to be exposed in order to make them more secure. If it weren't for hackers, many bugs, exploits and vulnerabilities wouldn't be discovered and patched.
In my opinion they are a necessary evil to maintain high-level security.
-
In that case we should stop to buy and hold crypto as it's under constant attack.
That's so bad and disappointing.
-
Hackers do their job. They dont attack only crypto exchange or some websites realted with crypto, they also attcak governments and banks. But exchanges and other web sites which targeted by hacker they must be perepared for any attack. So you're looking wrong side.
-
Firstly, why do hackers do evil. In my own opinion is depending on their environmental conditions, life style as well as family background. So I think something make them to do bad things. Is just not intentionally.
-
I think that the real problem is the lack of high security that crypto world still has otherwise hackers attacks would be very few. Unfortunately security of many exchanges is not optimal and blockchain technology is also under continuos development so it's not so easy to make everything safe. I really hope that this will happen soon.
-
Yes of course, it really affects the market because rapmhant hacking incident may force investors to sell crypto currency investment stop buying crypto investment due to afraid of losing their investment capital.
-
Actually, hackers are the best developers who can write/test code better than project's devs. There are a bug bounty programs that help a lot to find bugs and improve the code.
-
Yeah that's why if we're a type of person who love to hold their coins make sure that it's not on the exchanger instead put it on some secured wallet because once the hackers got your coins they are one of those dumpers who don't care about the price.
-
believe that the risk of losing your money is everywhere and crypto-currencies are not exceptions, but this can not be said that this factor "kills" the industry of crypto-currencies, since if you follow all security measures, nobody will steal your coins.
-
It's silly to blame them in poor market price. Thanks to them security technologies evolve. Considering your logic, why do you omit exchanges developers responsibility? Lol
-
I always use cold wallets to store crypto assets and make deposits in exchange wallets when I want to trade, if exchanges are always hacked I think trust in exchange is reduced. They must improve the security system so that it cannot be hacked easily.

This is an important point, the fact that getting cryptocurrency hacked is completely avoidable: by using cold/hardware wallets.
Leaving your coins on a centralized exchange for trading, or in an easily accessible desktop wallet, is liable for hacking.
This is problematic when it comes to the security of spending crypto, but otherwise creates more hodlers out of investors I believe.

Absolutely Yes, hackers really kill the market because i believe the number of investors are decreasing rapidly due to afraid of losing their investment capital most especially that until now the market is still very weak.
