I think Cryptocurrency is not a bubble, the term "bubble" is used by crypto to liken the increase in bitcoin prices that are so high that the term is present.
But if terming Cryptocurrency as a bubble I also disagree. because if the bubble breaks, the bubble is destroyed. So the bubble is for the "price". I think to keep investing in Crypto is a decent thing. Why not?
How do you respond to this? :-\
-
if I consider bitcoin as bubble the meaning is that bitcoin and crypto are fluctuating currencies, the price is difficult to predict, and the movement is very random, so it is very sensitive like a bubble.
-
I don't agree if people say cryptocurrency is a Bubble. Cryptocurrency has a good market system, and in fact all people can make money from crypto. Yes, the price of cryptos are unstable, but it doesn't mean a bubble. The price has a certain rates even if it can rise or decrease.
-
Predominantly due to the 1000% growth in 2017, as well as the 300% growth that took place within the month of December. These price spikes are abnormal to regular markets, hence Bitcoin is considered a bubble. The reality is, if 2017 was a bubble, if you consider 50% corrections to be "bubble pops" then it is the 3rd/4th at least that have occured followed by 2011 and twice in 2013. Onwards and upwards :)

People associate cryptocurrency with a bubble, because cryptographies are pumped up with money when an uptrend occurs. Then, when the market reaches a certain capitalization, the money begins to go both literally and figuratively. That is why it is so much like a bubble as the market blows off.
-
I agree with you. investment demand in Crypto will always increase every year. I believe crypto will be expensive because of more demand.

Yes, that is. The bubble term refer to the price of bitcoin, because the price unstable. 1year ago, over $10k, end of previous year was $20k , now is $6k. That is. Unstable and unpredictable

Ignorant people consider it bubble due to fluctuations in price. However they don't know that this is a brand new technology and a financial revolution. Therefore they tend to think of it as a bubble. Most of them are also upset that they missed the train. However actually they haven't. There is still a huge room for growth and most people don't know that yet.
-
Because people dont have any information about cryptocurrencies. Too many people are ignorant who said bubble to cryptocurrency..
That is not bubble. Cryptocurrencies in not the 6 month old market. That is old and increased with good speed.
Surely we can see pumps and dumps and scams in crypto space. But that doesnt mean crypto is bubble. If people want to buy something and if they are
believing that will be expensive in the future so that is valuable. Also some altcoins have huge projects and huge whitepapers they are really promising and i believe these marketcaps
dont too much for these alts if we will think about these technologies future usings..

the term bubble was given to crypto from many sentiment observers and this was not right for me, crypto did have a very tight price dynamics and this was a pure characteristic of crypto, I was optimistic if crypto investment would be more profitable than others
-
I actually agree that crypto or bitcoin is called a bubble. Because in fact the price of Crypto, including bitcoin, is unpredictable and is predicted specifically and accurately. So that Cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin is called Bubble until now. Yes because of that.
-
And how could it be otherwise, because cryptocurrency is pumped with money, and therefore it has value, the other approach would be if there was only cryptocurrency and fiat money in general ceased to exist!
-
Cryptocurrencies aren't in a bubble as far as I know we are at %1 of global wealth. (and its old news, maybe we dropped even lower after crash). We need to hit like %10-30 of global wealth to call cryptos bubble.
Meanwhile there are unworthy coins getting priced bit higher. Market corrects them later.

When people look at something and couldn't understand it, you may want to prepare for some FUD.
People are afraid of what they are not understanding, so that they are evolving a defence mechanism to protect theirselves from that thread.
I believe you got the idea.

lol. Everything is a bubble. Those, who call btc and crypto at all as a bubble, are just silly and poor-educated people.
