Yes invest after ICO is not a bad decision too because you can see at the moment that a lot of ICO price always down sharply when they launch on the market. But if you already finish researching you can try to invest in ICO cause sometimes it will give you more profit. You can see Zilliqa and ontology. basically, if the project that was followed is good, then the coin that was produced also had good prospects.therefore, many people bought it after ico. but we also have to be smart in choosing coins that have good prospects.

The market condition is dropping this is the time the tokens will become lower than the price during ICO. But if the market condition will be in bull run the token price will be higher than during ICO. So this is depends on what the market situation.

for me yes, specially when the price of the ICO is little bit high.. Price may drop after they list to exchange.. It may not be at the time of listing but for sure there's a price drop

Definitely, decreasing the average buy price is a good act.

Although I think this might not be the rule, on most ICOs I've seen in 2018/late 2017, there is a massive price drop just after the ICO and a huge opportunity to buy coin at prices way bellow the best ICO prices... this is indeed a very good opportunity for some people to buy more, but there is also the huge ICO problem that is trust... more than 90% of the ICOs are scams of some type (or failed at birth), so you can search and search and in the end, no matter how much experience you have, there will be a few fake ICOs on your way...
One of the reasons for the price drop is exactly the hunters and such that do not trust the project and dump all they have for a few bucks

Yeah, The project tokens price is really different on what their price on ICO once they got listed on exchanges because some people are dumping it even it's on low value.

I think it will happens with multiple project first they pump then they dump to good extent below their ico price.it is generally because of whales and early seller who just want initial profit then jump to next project ,afterward bounty seller fud make it more worse but if you are patient then many coin regain their ico price in few month .

I think some people do strategies like that, because they want to get cheap prices from bounty hunters who can't hold their tokens and I think this is what makes the price of a token dump in the market.

You really buy coins after Ico is lower than before, most of the big investors buy after Ico because they can get bigger profits. but usually depends on the type of coin.

If you believe in the prooject well enough to buy more, than the price is not important. If it drops and you are facing up with a buy opportunity, it means you got more luck.

For me it is the right time to purchase ICO, because the price is relatively cheap and the market is still low. Next opportunity will arise for your chance to buy an ICO at a low price too. I think it will be beneficial but also risky. if we are lucky, then we will get a bigger profit. but if not we will only get the big losses. therefore we must be more careful.

For the current condition, I think yes. But I don't think it will be the same if crypto market has already normal in 2019. Basically, buying during ICO will be better because there are a lot of discounts there. And if you buy in ICO, you contribute to support the success of their token sale.
