Post by: ayatoslaw on October 18, 2018, 03:33:56 PM
Every activity we do must have the risks and benefits we get, and therefore legal protection is needed so that we are safe when doing something.
but does cryptocurrency require legal protection so that its users are safe?
if I see, legal protection is very necessary, especially to prevent hacker crime.

But If such a thing occurs, they will need access to certain information, that means centralized systems.

I mean we need a protection maybe, but this cannot be done with blockchain, because Blockchain was built against it. We need to find something else then.

All this should be provided automatically during the legalization of cryptocurrency by the state. If the state recognizes the legal circulation of cryptocurrency on the territory of the state, it determines its status, conditions of circulation and taxation issues. Determining the status of a cryptocurrency actually means the legal protection of this state.

The government are the only one that can push the legality of crypto for every crypto users most specially if the situation become drastic. They can regulate and then make it legal for security.

Decentralized is the main reason of crypto currency, having protection is only possible from centralized leadership. Thus crypto should be centralized in order to have a protection but I doubt that this will come early in time because even investors don't support this.

I can't imagine if Crypto has a law. the government will regulate crypto and will the crypto community agree? if it's positive, maybe people will agree with that.

It should. Because Crypto will be many enemies and many will hate it later. I think legal protection for Crypto is a good thing. On the other hand, this might not be possible, because many countries are also hostile to Crypto and often make Crypto pressed. I am sure that in the future Crypto will be fine even without legal protection.

I think crypto doesn't need to get legal protection from every country. Crypto is a decentralized digital currency and does not need to be controlled by the government. As long as crypto is not used to commit crimes, I believe the government will not fight crypto currency.

I dont think crypto need a legal protection in all countries cause its already decentralized but if need some regulation to control it, i will agree it as long as it looks realistic. Example : Regulation about the ICO, crypto taxes.
