these platforms should not be trusted because all the reviews and their ratings have been paid for, this has always been the case, you should do your own analysis

I do not fully trust the ICO rating. To see a project, I focused on reading the whitepaper and analyzing it. In addition, I see the roadmap and who is the manager. Usually, I will see who the manager is to see his experience in several projects that have been done.

It depends on the platform of ICO ratings. Since many platforms are paid by project team to improve the ICO ratings, we must be more careful and take research first to know well the project. Sometimes, we still can find a project with suitable ICO ratings. I believe not all platforms rise ICO ratings because of money. Some of them make a rating based on the fact of the project.

I know there are many ICO rating platforms with good reputation. They have shared many ICOs years, but I cannot believe with the ratings given by them right now. Some of them are already paid by ICO's team to improve the rating.

According to a recent report by Swiss startup Alethena, it is very easy for a blockchain startup that is launching a token sale to buy a good rating on a popular ICO rating website. In the article, Alethena co-founder Markus Hartmann details how, shortly after its ICO was listed on popular ICO rating platform ICOBench, his company was contacted via Telegram by people selling positive ICO reviews on said platform.

Currently, it is well known that all the ICO rating sites are paid for the rate. And to be honest even the vote rating sites should not be trusted it is so easy to buy people vote, I have seen this in front of my eyes. So basically you are on your own when it comes to rating an ICO just do your own research and build your own opinion it is not a hard thing to do, remember Google is your best friend.

Honestly these days I merely trust on any of these reviews because many ICOs pay them some crazy amount to get rating and that could be misleading.

That's true, I agree that to don't trust in ICO ratings. I have already checked many ICO rating platforms. Most of them are paid to improve the ratings of certain coins or tokens. It is very pitiful, we are difficult to find objective ratings that really determine the quality of new tokens or coins. Because of this problems, we must do own research to find out legit tokens or coins.

I do not believe ratings. In most cases, these ratings are custom. Many campaigns that were considered highly profitable turned out to be unreliable.

The ico rating is only used as capital to attract investors, if experienced investors will not be affected by the rating. what I know, the ico rating appears based on the project concept. I believe that I have a ranking of ico but must be added to the performance of the project team.

A lot of different rating sites appeared, social pamping groups, agencies that distribute ratings. Ask yourself. Are they not engaged? Do they work against you?
