Title: NEO hardfork will be NEOX, but what will it do?

NEO will be hard-forked on November 10. They say each NEO holder will have 2 NEOX for each NEO they hold.
But I didn't understand, what will NEOX do exactly?

I don't know either, but I heard that some people (not NEO team) are forking neo source code to make another coin. So It is not associated with NEO, therefore I don't care what this coin does, I will pass this.

Yeah, lately I've read the same thing as you've written above. It won't be related with the NEO itself.
