Because fees are expensive and prices are expensive, making gambling sites to choose Altcoin as an option, but that does not mean bitcoin is not used, bitcoin is still used but more Altcoin,
there are even gambling sites that provide up to 50 kinds of Altcoin to play on gambling.

I just heard the news. But in my opinion, the reason people choose altcoin to trade is because this coin has a faster price fluctuation than bitcoin. Other than that, altcoin also has a relatively cheap price.
