I recommend the Wirex card. Wirex is an international debit card, it's delivered worldwide.
Advantages of Wirex:
have a mobile application
a large number of available currencies (US dollar, euro, pound sterling)
There are no limits to pay online purchases
site support in 13 languages, including Russian
Disadvantages:
SMS notification monthly fee (1 dollar, euro or pound)
expensive plastic card making - $ 17 (virtual card is issued for free)
Shipping cost via DHL is 50 $
cash withdrawal limits without identification

Now just place the. ICO from the project MYCRYPTOBANK. In the future I think order have them map. This project will be a hybrid between cash and cryptocurrency. So I'm waiting for the full launch of the project and plan to use their services.

To be real, bank cards are not secure, like the one we use in my country, the digits are exposed at back of the cards, it only the secrete pin that is the difference, which anybody else can use to make payment online without using your secrete pin.

Same here. I don't know also.
Currently, I don't have a plan to use crypto debit card from any providers, the fee seems too expensive.

Better swap the coin to fiat, then withdraw to my personal bank account.

I hope this does not happen. I use all means of protection. I also share all my money and do not keep it in one place. If there is a hack, I only pick up the part.

Crypto will do to fiat all the same e-mail did to the post-office, i.g. it'll not replace it.

I think the CoinsBank Wallet provides a simple way to manage your funds when and where you want. All it takes is the click of a button, the sending of an email or the swipe of your CoinsBank Debit Card.
