Title: How I will identify a scam project/bounty project?

There are so many projects launching out there everyday, one is the great team and the other one is the fake team. So, Now a days it's difficult to identify them. For this every time we got losses. So, I want the kind attention of the experts to know how to identify the fake team and get rid of them??
