My question here can the local community gain access in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology if yes how can that be possible I need your own opinions.

Some maybe but not all. That will probably depend on their access to the internet or FREE internet to be more specific. I do not think everyone is willing to spend an extra $ just to be able to use a cryptocurrency.
