Title: Why can issues affect market prices?

I often hear that issues can affect market prices, because many people start to worry about the assets they hold, so they end up selling their assets at low prices,
but if we learn to see the past, basically every year the coins or tokens always go up, but why can issues still affect the market price?

Of course issues will effect market prices since it is related with the companies or projects. The team is working on a sector to make some important things to happen and solve some hard problems for their customers. If you see something is blocking the road that they are travelling, you may guess the situation that they are going to face up with some problems and it will cause a stepback. so..
