2019 isn’t far away. Arguably, 2018 has been a quite disappointing year for altcoins. Many crypto enthusiasts say that 2017 and 2018 have been the wildest years in the cryptosphere. As of now, more than 1600 cryptocurrencies are available in which most of the altcoins are going through bad times.

I agree with the statement above where the 5 coins are the best altcoin version at the moment, when crypto conditions continue to decline starting in 2018 I have difficulty and must be careful to choose coins for short-medium and long-term investments

Maybe I can agree with this. Because it is true, in 2018 almost all Altcoins, not just 5 types of Altcoins, have decreased and made many people disappointed with the circumstances and events like this. I hope here too that in the coming year 2019 Altcoin can rise especially the top 5 Altcoins that are widely used by people to get up and start stabilizing their prices again.

If for the coins mentioned, the rest is already guaranteed good because altcoins are already included in 10 coinmarketcap.
I like the most, coin from a small market like IDEX and ForkDelta, then overnight it rises 100-500%, that's altcoins that are good to invest.

The coins mentioned on the article are the top 15 coins on coinmarketcap. They are absolutely very potential to improve significant in 2019. We have seen in few days in 2019, the prices of top 15 coins on coinmarketcap are rising very good. Lots of excellent coins are not in list. The list is changing and sometimes other coins pop. Not absolutely believe the cap.

I agree that there are 5 top Altcoins that can make a profit, but I think that no one can guarantee it!

I'm quite confident that when bull market will come back most of top 20 altcoins will have BIG rise compared to Bitcoin like it was in 2017.

There are many altcoins that have a good future. I see in 2019 some altcoins improved very well. But I think the most promising are Ethereum, Ripple, Stellar, Litecoin, EOS, Tron, and Cardano. Yeah, I have more than 5 best altcoins as recommended altcoins to buy.

For me, all altcoins which are already in the Top 100 are considered to be an excellent choice for investment, because these altcoins are in Top 100 not because of luck, but because of great technologies, best product and great demand.

Top 10 altcoins are more than enough as the choices. You can choose the altcoins on top 10, except USDT and BCH. Those are the best altcoins for now. And I assume almost all answers will refer to those altcoins. They deserve to be the main targets for your investment.

Everyone has their own choice to determine the best altcoin so that the assessment can be subjective. There will be different answers to determine the 5 altcoins, so it is better for us to do our own research to make choices that will be used as assets to buy as investments.

This year the cryptomarket will recover again so lot of altcoins prices will increase again I think it will happen in third quarter of this year so top 50 altcoins are very potential and profitable altcoins in this year.

I agree with the writer that those are the best altcoins in 2019. The improvement of those coins look like quite impressive. But I think we also need to consider Binance Coin, Tron, and Cardano.

At the view of the cryptocurrency market cap... Bitcoin and Ethereum is more profitable and more effective cryptocurrency... Ripple and stellar also favourite. Binance coins are more pumping sometimes.

Yes top 20 coins are perfect choice to buy and hold also they're perfect choice to hold long-term investments although I choose some altcoins TRON, EOS , ethereum and BNB.

I had such an experience when the coin was shot on a small exchange. But as a rule it is a rarity and it is very difficult to guess with the project. I look closely at new projects and their tokens, if the price at the bottom I buy and keep for a long time, it is very risky and I understand it. In General, crypto is a risk and all the money that we invest can lose. To be honest I would buy 5 coins with the highest capitalization and hold them.

Actually, there are so many coins that may be profitable.
I have some preference besides BTC and ETH, such as:
1. EOS
2. APOD
3. Hubrisone
4. CCN
5. Doge
Those are in my opinion.

This question is very hard to understand as I don't know whether you want to day trade these 5 top cryptocurrencies (https://tradingbeasts.com/featured/best-crypto-to-day-trade/) or you want them for long term investment. If you are interested in the former, I would pick BTC, BCH, LTC, Tron, and Monero. For long term investing I would, however, most likely changed BCH and LTC to different coins.

Of course, those are good and potential altcoins. But I am curious that you don't consider EOS, Stellar, Cardano, and Tron. I think those four top coins are better than NEO. However, it is in my opinion, you may have another view. ;D

Bitcoin Cash is quicker and cheaper than Bitcoin.Stellar provides fast and inexpensive cross-border payment services.Other altcoins I like are Ripple (XRP),ETH and EOS.For me these altcoins are the best for 2019.

There are so many altcoins now that are capable to moon in the coming months like Ethereum coin, Bitcoin cash, Dash coin, Ripple coin and etc. I am hoping one of these coin will compete with Bitcoin someday in the crypto market.
