I Joined the cryptocurrency business as a Day-Trader, and when I started investing on projects the mentality of Day-Trading made me not to have patience. But one of the thing the bear market has taught me is to HOLD, what are your lessons from this bear market?
-
We are at the current process to learn to go beyond from our limitation of patient. This is also learning to engage in more broader and taugther situation in case the bear market happens again in the future much longer than today.

Be patience and dont invest all your money in the same time. but invest in some stage. Example : you want to buy EOS. EOS price at the moment is 5$. and you have 1000$ to invest. just invest 200$ first and after that just wait and see. If their price is going down or going up you can make your next step if you want to adding again your bag or buy the other coin. so you will get profit when market ready to going to the moon

It's taught me to be patient, to find smart places to invest (so as to lessen the impact of falling coin values) and it's taught me not to stress to much about the market. I feel like the worst is over. It may be a long road to recovery, but I think next year will see a lot of big players move into the space.

to stay calm and patience when something is happening in the market, like for example when the coin/s start to change its value dont become a panic selling

Yes it is true besides teaching to stay patient and also teach to always be calm when something happens on the market, like when a coin starts to change its value for us not to panic.
-
One of things are, never panic for any shaking in your business, many people do panic when they see little red in the market chat, and that has also contributed in keeping the market down.
-
You should not be arrogant
You should always have the idea that whales can surpass your all earnings with a few moves
You should not day trade too much in bear market
Think twice to think twice in every move of you are willing to take
-
to not be greedy, don't wait till you coin are skyrocket, sell when you have a decent profit, and never but never buy when the coins have a price high.
-
It thought me not to be greedy
To be patient, always to learn new techniques and wait for the right moment,
I feel like a different person after 8 months. wow bear season thanks for taking my money and giving me patience instead

funny, that's exactly one of the main things the bear market tought me... pacience ... although I previously knew it, I've never had to exercise it so rigidly...
one other thing is to take your emotions out the equation... this is mostly not easy... but it is necessary to succed... the feeling, or belief on a project can doom you as much as greed can...
a friend of mine told me: bear markets are for builders.... this is meant mostly for people that are working on projects, but I think it is more universal than that... it is ideal time to build portfolio, increase your stregnths, etc...

Yes, what could this dead market teach, only to hold all that you have and wait for the moment when the market starts to grow, but still many people earn good money even at such a crisis time.
