Try idex or  ether delta.
Watch some of the terms and about their details in youtube.
Better to search by yourself to have accurate understanding.
Good luck mate and be careful of your trading.

For ERC20 based tokens, I use IDEX, but for NEP5 based tokens I use switcheo.exchange.

They were both handling situations well, but I heard that IDEX is under pressure for not to take American people in. And lastly I heard that they are willing to ask for KYC or KYC kind of thing to udnerstand if a person's passport is based on the USA or not. This is not good for IDEX since they are a decentralized exchange. Sadly, they are acting like a CEX.

Let's hope we will have a better DEX soon.

for me, I suggest you can go to the idex, binace, poloniex, hitbtc, forkdelta markets, because for me you can also buy it and sell it there.

I'd say Localbitcoin, Localcoinswap,Binance for now have the most potential).Depends on what criteria you choose). I prefer DEX cause I don't need to spend time on registration, kyc, besides always very good range of payment systems and fiat pairs.

Lots of exchanges that we can use. For me, it depends on how the token is obtained from the bounty, where I will use the listing. But for trading I use bittrex, mercatox, hotbit, latoken, kucoin. Everything is easy to make deposits and withdrawals, because so far I have never experienced a problem.

I usually prefer using a dex. For NEO based altcoins, I can advise you to use switcheo exchange.
On the other hand, for Ethereum based altcoins, I can advise you to use IDEX or ForkDelta.

I definitely not recommend to use etherdelta or idex. In that platforms, you can sell your altcoins cheaper than market value. You have to be careful.
