I am from Romania and I want to know if I can open an account at Mellat Bank in Turkey ( https://www.mellatbank.com/en )
Can I open this account online?
I have contacted Mellat Bank at support 5 days ago but I haven't an answer from Mellat.

Hi Chris. I have not used this bank. Most of us here is same. But it is a Persian Bank. Be careful, as you know, due to United States embargoes this bank has no future in Turkey too. There are too many safer banks in Turkey. Last but not least, Local does not allow other languages. If you want, open this topic at the global section.

I open this topic here because Mellat bank has an office in Istambul, Turkey.

I know about all the problems USA-IRAN but I must to receive IRR (iranian rials) from Iran and I haven't other solution. The citizens of Iran can't send bank to bank transfers outside of Iran and Mellat is an iranian bank with an office in Istambul, here is the address: https://www.mellatbank.com/en/branch_istanbul.php

I need these details because I don't want to go in Turkey if this bank isn't good for my needs.

1. I want to know if a romanian citizen can open an account at this bank.
2. I want to know if I can open the account from Romania from my laptop or I must to go in Istambul, Turkey.
3. I want to know if I can transfer the funds from Mellat bank to other turkish bank.
4. I want to know if I can have a card from this bank.
5. I want to know if I can check my account balance from my phone and if they have online banking.

If an altcoins member can help me. Thanks in advanced!
