On that centralized exchange or DEX you trade? Most of the DEX' have awful interface, so hard to understand exactly what to do. Aslo, what exchange have the best affiliate program and most low fees?

Dex has a terrible interface, I agree. I would advise you the Bittrex. One of the biggest exchanges. You can trade only 3 currency pairs. In addition to bargaining, you can engage in brokerage, as well as to carry out margin trading. Try

I like using Binance when trading Ethereum, Binance has good interface

I traded on IDEX, but now they made KYC for all traders. I will do this, but many traders leave this exchange...
So, I will continue trade on IDEX and Kucoin. And test Latoken exchange.

There are over 100 exchanges in existence, infact 100 might just be scratching the surface but one thing they all have in common is that they all seem to have Ethereum trading pairs in them, so just enter any random exchange and you are sure to see Ethereum.

1100 trading pairs
no limits for withdrawal or deposit funds [/li]

I think this incredible growth in price combined with a wider understanding of the ethereum potential has many new investors looking to buy ethereum.

Yes, at this time binance is one of the favorite exchanges of traders so that the combination has a large trading volume. Besides that, the appearance of binance is also convenient to use.
-
This means the platform is very well suited for people who are only looking to speculate on Ethereum’s price but not so much for people who want to actually hold their Ether in their own wallet.

I traded on some DEX thought past year. Currently staying on Ethermium DEX (https://ethermium.com), best DEX for my opinion, good interface, affiliate program and also low fees

I like the Etherex Exchange. It's a decentralized open source exchange based on ethereum (last updated in April 2016). You can try it.

The most amazing thing about Ethereum is that it is the main pair with all Token on any DEX exchange, so there is always a nice trading volume for Ethereum almost everywhere. Even tho most DEX have bad UI, but DEX exchanges are the only place to Trade your Tokens that are not yet officially listed on a popular exchange for Ethereum. For centralized exchanges Binance and Bittrex both are great.

May be binance or bittrex, for now i am use lokal exchanger, i am use indodax, because it can pair in rupiah (indonesian fiat)

I personally use IDEX. It is very simple and convenient and all very quickly. I always use it. I also prefer HOTBIT. But many people do not like these exchanges (.
