I fully agree with you. Soon there will be less fraudulent low-level projects, because investors have learned to recognize them, I hope that we will see a lot of real projects with the right products.

I do not have the exact data, but judging from the number of ICOs that I have seen this year, I would agree that 2018 has the highest number so far. maybe we will see more in the next few years.
