Title: 7 Most Common Careers Of A Crypto Trader
Post by: Zed0X on November 05, 2018, 09:04:52 AM
I found this article by FinanceX interesting and had a good time reading it. It basically tackles most common careers of traders who are still employed. Sharing some portions of the article, you can read it in full on the link provided at the end.

1. IT / Coder / Developer
This group is most passionate about crytpocurrency for obvious reasons. With two screens sitting side-by-side, it’s easy to keep an eye on changing prices and it wouldn’t be a surprise to find out IT professionals have the highest profitability rate when cryptotrading.

2. Accountant
Trading volumes, portfolios, and chart/graphs are not unfamiliar to these specialists. The shear hours accountants spend on the computer help the situation, too.

3. Teacher
People in education are often up to date with current world trends.

4. Business, Marketing

Business people are notoriously interested in stocks and forex exchange trading. The crypto trading scene presents a more challenging prospect with opportunities for incredible short-term profits. Marketers on the other hand can quickly see through an inflated, over-exaggerated marketing campaign giving them the ability to find which altcoins will have long-term value.

5. YouTuber

YouTubers spend as much time in front of a computer screen as anyone so their location suits the hobby. The platform is littered with videos from crypto experts who study the charts and inform the public about new altcoins on the way up.

6. Office workers

Crypto trading is surely much more exciting than whatever they’re supposed to be doing at any given moment. A typical eight hour day provides plenty of time for office workers to open another tab and keep an eye on the market.

7. Online salespeople

The nature of their work means that, if they so choose, they can distract themselves in the hope that trading profits trump what they would have made in comission on the sales they missed.

I am kind of a number 2. What about you?

my job is Office workers which is number 6, my daily activities at the office and using a computer online, my work is not time consuming so I can do trading with more focus and this provides additional income for me and my family

It is a good thing that you can still find time to monitor the market and be able to trade and earn some outside of your regular job. Just be careful not to get caught by your employer ;D

Pretty cool stuff... not sure what I expected but I am none of those things. but at least half of the people I know in this business have one of those as a career.. Teacher kind of surprises me but I guess they're often looking for supplemental income.

Same here. I have a few friends who are teachers and one of the things they complain about is the time spent in preparing lessons for the next day or week. Some of them even take their work at home so it's amazing if they can still find time researching alts and trade.
