I have been reading about kama rewards to members based on good reply to post and quality of the post, but i am wondering if you can give kama based on the numbers of kama you have or you can give kama to quality post or reply even if you don't have kama at all. Thanks

Once a senior member of above, you can give positive or negative karma regardless of whether you have (+/-) karma or not. It's irrespective.

Dragononcrypto is correct. Under the current rules, only Senior members and above are allowed to give either positive or negative karma. You do not have to earn one to be able to give, you just need to meet the required rank.

Karma is the reward given to a post which can either be positive or negative depending on the quality of the post, and as a senior member you can give a karma on someone's house post even if you don't have any karma
