Metamask is very secure wallet and no one can hack it out easily.
there ls secure system.

I prefer MEW since its compatible with Ledger Nano and its very easy to setup.  I like the concept of Metamask and its very easy for users and implemented into the browser with a few clicks but the interface of MEW is just easier to understand atleast in my opinion.

I tried both wallet.

I think it's better Mew because it easier to use and you can control better what transaction you are doing on the website one by one :).

I can use both wallet depend on situation.
for using MEW, I always send token only.
for using Meta, I will invest ICO with ETH.

I only use metamask for security purposes.
I access mew thru metamask.
If only metamask can do what mew can do like sending erc 20 tokens, that'll be awesome.

I use mew for now and also I prefer this because I feel that mew is secured too like metamask and easy to use.
