Nowadays its very risky to invest in some ICO's without further Verification. ICO's must be regulated at any means since fraudulent Campaigns are still damaging the ICO' market Potentials. The project teams must undergo a series of verification or strict KYC requirements before letting to conduct and initial offering activity and must be held a criminal liability if the ICO's or the specific campaign went fraud! what is you opinion about it? kindly drop your unfiltered comment.

I believe we will be seeing a more strict regulations with regards to ICOs in the near future. I agree that the team behind the project should be verified. The good thing now is that more are now being transparent and it is easier now to personally verify the team.

Its their own preference mate. Some ICOs dont need to be in the legality process as long as their project done well. Take a look on mixin they have an outstanding project with anonymous developers why still their project growing strong? You need to check the product not the failure of some ICO.

We cant predicts good and scam projects,, all seems to be alike and can not be negotiable. So we just have to take risk to invest

I would prefer a project with legit team members over any other project, I am sorry but for anyone that saying a team can be anonymous, you are wrong, they do not have the right to be anonymous the moment they started to raise money for their project, they can not compare themselves with BTC and how it started because simple BTC never started an ICO and never raised money.
-
The ico project does not have legal legality, because some countries prohibit crypto transactions, I will see the team behind the project, do they really have experience and make a visit with the real products they have.Even today we have never seen Satoshi Nakamoto in public and bitcoin has had good value to date

Unknown is dangerous game to play with unknown people behind. They can steal your information as easy as they can if you are not diligent to identify their identity if they are fake or real. Before participating in any ICO verification is a must to avoid scandals.
-
This is an option, even in 2017 if you participate in the ico project you will benefit after a surge in Bitcoin prices in December, no one can prevent ico scam unless you find a scam team they have somewhere.
-
Quite right, many companies are already creating new rules and new technologies to check all the companies that will make ICO`s, so that soon everything will change and there will be much fewer scam projects.
-
I think this can be happen but, need long time to make this come true, because there is no rules for the ICO developers before start the campaign and ICO project, so if they want to make a project, the just make it by their concept.
I think the bounty participants and investors should be smart to choose a project, we can choose the project from the trusted campaign manager or campaign platform, there is many trusted platform. But this not enough just by that, though after the tokens distribution, it can be scam, that like XTO tokens, so we should learn more about how we can choose a project.

Until now no one can predict that ICO is a SCAM or not, it is very difficult to guess. The point is we must be smart to invest in ICO and must be observant if we want to invest there.
