Title: A suggestion based on DST bounty
Post by: Nanagyasi on November 09, 2018, 01:46:15 PM
I like the idea that all bounties on this forum are verified by a team on the forum to confirm the legidity. I believe it is a good iniative but the team can go beyond just that and make sure the members of this forum are actually paid by the ICOs that run their bounty here. This is make this forum the best among all others. I am suggesting this based on an experience I am having currently with a bounty I participated on this forum called DST. The project looks legit but the team has been unwilling to pay bounty participants.
What do you think about this.

I understand where you are coming from as I also experienced this one. Just recently, a campaign I joined and promoted for 22 weeks now declares that they did not reach the soft cap when it was previously announced that they were able to raise enough funds.

I like this but it is probably out of the forum admins hands already. It is unlikely that project founders will be forced to pay.

I saw a project that set an escrow for their bounty campaign. Maybe that's something that can be done in the future. The only problem here is that even if bounty participants gets paid from the escrow funds, the tokens might still be useless if the project fails to raise the needed funds.

Can you explain about DST first? I really lose the intent of the DST. From which I read is very legit, and I am very interested to follow.

This is really true because if bounty participants are not been paid, then promotion of the forum will be very difficult and the forum will not grow.

That statement sounds like Altcoinstalks forum are dependent on bounty campaigns. I do not agree with that. It is true that bounty play a role in making this forum grow but there is more here than just bounties.

Unfair! After all of bounty hunters efforts by fulfilling their responsibilities just for nothing. The team must explain why it turns out like that in order to see their point whether it is valid or not.
There must have explanation about the out come.

What DST campaign you're talking about is it destream? Or another bounty? Cause I've joined destream and they aren't running away from bounty payment and most likely will distribute on the coming weeks by bountyportals.

I prefer the bounty portal because they have given me a lot of experience, from fast bounty distribution and good rules for the participants.
Project failures to achieve softcaps actually do not prevent the distribution of tokens, they can extend the duration of Ico if the project has a good goal for the success of the project.
